Dial in specific yardages with your 7-iron to develop distance awareness and partial swing control.

Protocol
- Set up a launch monitor or pick range targets at 130, 140, and 150 yards.
- Hit 5 balls targeting 130 yards — note carry distance.
- Hit 5 balls targeting 140 yards.
- Hit 5 balls targeting 150 yards.
- Record average carry for each target and how many landed within 5 yards of target.
