Pre-Shot Routine Timer

Time your pre-shot routine for consistency. Tour players are remarkably consistent in their routine timing — you should be too.

Protocol

  1. Choose a mid-iron and a target.
  2. Execute 10 full shots with your complete pre-shot routine.
  3. Time each routine from the moment you step behind the ball to the start of the takeaway.
  4. Record each time in the table.
  5. Calculate the range (max - min) to measure consistency.
