Time your pre-shot routine for consistency. Tour players are remarkably consistent in their routine timing — you should be too.

- Choose a mid-iron and a target.
- Execute 10 full shots with your complete pre-shot routine.
- Time each routine from the moment you step behind the ball to the start of the takeaway.
- Record each time in the table.
- Calculate the range (max - min) to measure consistency.
