Range Warm-Up

Progressive warm-up starting with short clubs and working up to driver. Builds tempo and loosens muscles safely.

Protocol

  1. Start with 10 half-swing wedge shots focusing on contact.
  2. Hit 10 short irons (8i/9i) at 80% effort.
  3. Hit 10 mid/long irons (5i-7i) with smooth tempo.
  4. Finish with 10 driver swings, gradually increasing effort to 90%.
